I’m Ben. I am the founder, owner and operator of the McNeil Group. We are a family-based organization with local roots. I have spent my entire adult life on one jobsite or another. I started like a lot of us do, by pushing a broom and packing material. I have worked, trained and learned under incredible leaders and builders, every moment soaking in all of the knowledge I could. I sweated, learned and worked my way up the ladder. As a supervisor or manager I have steered 37 new homes through the finish line.
I love the process and I love to bring people through with the warm fuzzies. We bring transparency in pricing, open communication about schedules and actively updated, achievable expectation. There are a lot of high stress moments throughout all projects, your contractor shouldn’t be on. The relationship between client and contractor requires so much trust, I want to earn yours.
